Tell us about your wise loved one

We are currently collecting answers for 20 specific requests for life advice focused on:

  • Romance & Dating
  • Managing Family Dynamics
  • Self-Esteem & The Influence of Others
  • Professional Pursuits
  • Creative Parenting
  • The Loss of a Loved One or Pet

If you have a wise loved one in your life (it can be your mom, dad, aunt, uncle, grandparent, mentor, or friend) and you'd like to share their wisdom, please fill out the form below.

Our method for collecting advice is to record an interview-style conversation between 3 people—the advice-giver (aka. your wise loved one), you (because you are vital to unlocking your loved one's wisdom) and one moderator asking questions (likely me, your podcast host, Rebecca). This method is inspired by the amazing project, StoryCorps, founded by David Isay.

These conversations can take place in person if you are in the San Francisco Bay Area or recorded over the phone. The session will take less than 1 hour and be recorded audio-only. The best answers will be incorporated into the upcoming podcast, Advice From Mom. If you have any additional questions, please contact us
